We're seeking a full-stack web engineer capable of owning the entire technical lifecycle of our digital ecosystem. You'll build and deploy high-performance websites, architect scalable systems, design intuitive UI/UX, optimize SEO, and implement robust analytics and automation pipelines.

• Full-Stack Architecture & Development
  • End-to-end development with Next.js, React, Vue, Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP/Laravel
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Tailwind, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), performance optimization
  • Back-End: REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, serverless functions, authentication, caching, data pipelines
  • Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB — schema design, indexing, query optimization, sharding, security
  • Cloud-native hosting (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, zero-downtime deployments
• UI/UX Design & Interaction Engineering
  • Convert complex workflows into intuitive user journeys and responsive interfaces
  • Prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
  • Implement interaction patterns, motion UI, accessibility compliance, and usability testing feedback loops
• SEO & Performance Optimization
  • Technical SEO: schema.org structured data, canonicalization, hreflang, sitemaps, crawl optimization
  • Site performance: lazy loading, critical CSS, image/video optimization, CDN integration, SSR/SSG
  • Monitor KPIs via Google Search Console, Lighthouse, and Screaming Frog
• Analytics, Monitoring & Automation
  • Set up GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom dashboards
  • Automate deployments, error logging, reporting, and CI/CD workflows
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks and real-time UX/SEO monitoring
• Security & Compliance
  • SSL/TLS, firewalls, encryption, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing
  • Disaster recovery, automated backups, high-availability architecture
  • GDPR, CCPA, and industry-standard compliance

• 2+ years of hands-on full-stack web development with demonstrated UI/UX expertise
• Deep knowledge of modern web stacks, cloud deployment, SEO, and web performance
• Able to debug production issues, optimize queries, and resolve bottlenecks quickly
• Takes responsibility for everything — from code to UX to SEO
