Intern – Client Coordinator
Remote Internship $25 / hr Mon–Fri · 9AM–5PM EST

Manage communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring updates are clear, timelines are followed, and expectations stay aligned. Great for organized, responsive candidates naturally good at keeping things on track.

Responsibilities
  • Track and manage client work orders from assignment through completion
  • Provide timely updates to clients via email and internal systems
  • Coordinate with operations and vendor teams to meet deadlines
  • Monitor job progress and follow up on pending tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries and day-to-day issues
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from Business, Communications, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, email, and web platforms
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Coordinate with field vendors to assign and manage work orders

Intern – Full Stack Web Developer
Remote Internship $25 / hr Mon–Fri · 9AM–5PM EST

Build, test, and improve real applications that support day-to-day operations. A practical, hands-on role where your code will actually be used—not just a side project exercise.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining web applications (front and back-end)
  • Work with APIs, databases, and third-party integrations
  • Debug, test, and improve existing features for performance and usability
  • Collaborate with team to translate ideas into functional solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Science or similar
